Everyone was very friendly, the exam was thorough and Dr. Patel fixed my prescription (which I didn't realize was that bad), and I can see a zillion times better! I also like that they close later on Wednesday evening - I was able to only miss about 20 minutes of work to make my appointment.
Dr. Patel and his staff are great. I have been coming to him for several years now and I will be back again soon. He is very professional and has the latest equipment. Dr. Kirt Patel is one who I highly recommend for vision care as an optometrist /optometrist glaucoma Specialist. He takes a very practical and personalized approach in helping you understanding any underlying issues and the most non-invasive plan of action. Not once was I pressured to take any action and the staff doesnt make you feel like a stranger. I came across his practice as I Drove through the parking lot after brunch, and although his covid hours were later. I was able to call the number provided -- got to speak with him directly and even accommodated to me by arriving earlier so I wouldn't have to wait. They have a fantastic collection of designer brands for glasses and found them to be much cheaper than the traditional vision centers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, I love my new frames too!. Mind you also, that I reside 40 minutes away and definitely planning to return for my next follow-up! Thanks Dr. Kirt Patel, and Staff!

I had such a good experience with them, and this was my first time ever going to the eye doctor. Haley and Dr. Patel are amazing! I was in and out so quick. Haley even helped me find a pair of glasses. It took less than 3 hours for my glasses to be ready for pick up too. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place!
This is the place! If you want to get your prescription, contacts, glasses, etc and want high quality and a fast appointment then this is the place! Very affordable; no “upsell” here. He does not waste your time at all and gets you what you need efficiently and with care. You will save time and money here.
I wanted to take the time to recommend Dr. Patel for anyone looking for eye glasses. He was very professional and efficient. I hadn't had my eyes check in about 30+ years and the DMV sent me as I didn't pass their Eye Chart. The facililty was very clean and fresh looking. Very good first impression. The staff was friendly. The equipment is top of the line. No more dialating the eyes. Pleasant experience.

After hearing several great reviews from friends, I drove 30 minutes just to visit his office today, and my expectations were exceeded. Dr. Kirt asked me if I had any questions and made sure that I left with no confusion. He was able to give me a new pair of glasses within 20 minutes!
I’ve been going to Doctor Patel since I was 14 year old he’s help me a lot over the years with my eyesight. And help me find great glass that make me feel better with them on and also helps me brighten up my smile with them. I’m very thankful for meet him❤️

Dr. Patel is hands down the best Optometrist I've ever had. I've been going to him for over 10 years and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing eye doctor. My wife and I went in last weekend to get our eyes checked and the experience was amazing. We both needed to update our glasses and my wife needed contacts. My family had a great experience with todays vison! They are very committed to customer satisfaction. My daughters love coming to pick out glasses! My youngest daughter has lost and broken her glasses but they actually replaced the frames at no charge because of my customer loyalty. We will continue to come with customer service like that! I’ve been meaning to write this for awhile, and today, when my daughter broke her glasses (kids!) yet another time on a Friday afternoon near closing time, I remembered why I intended to so. Dr. Patel and his team took exemplary care of us & the situation, he is always professional and caring! My family and I have been patients for 5 years here, and I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his caring & competent practice!
My son and I scheduled an appointment a week ago for today, Saturday, September 10, 2022, at 1pm. A very needed exam for prescription. The doctor was the one that took my call and scheduled the appointments. My son and I arrived and were told that the doctor was not in and that he had some sort of an operation. I asked why we weren’t called and advised of the situation. Apparently, when I scheduled the appointments the doctor did not write down our information in their appointment book. We wasted time driving there and back home. We were not even asked if we wanted to reschedule for a later day. BAD SERVICE AND NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! DOCTOR, I WISH YOU A SPEEDY RECOVERY!!
Dr. Patel is by far the best Optometrist I have ever seen. He has always been very professional, caring and helpful to my family and me. He takes the time to listen and answer any questions you may have. He goes out of his way to provide outstanding service for anything you may require and his office team is always very professional. I can not say enough great things about Dr. Patel and his staff! I was out of town when my glasses broke, once I was home I called and Dr Patel’s office and he got me in right away. I was back in new glasses in less than 30 minutes. Once I had my exam (they squeezed me in) I had my glasses within 20 minutes. Dr Patel has been our eye doctor for about 7 years. Thankful for his care!! He is the best!
Wonderful experience at Today's Vision in Frisco, TX. I was greeted by some amazing people who clearly cared about my eye sight and made me feel welcome right away. The appointment was very thorough, the doctor answered all my questions and the staff provided me with a great pair of frames which are very comfortable. Even more amazing, my lenses were ready for pick up in a few hours. This is not common for Eye Care offices, usually I wait for 3-5 days to get my product. I highly recommend Today's Vision Frisco!

Dr Patel and his staff are so compassionate and amazing. I have never been pressured into an upsell for additional tests or services..he is efficient and makes sure that I am 100% comfortable with my prescription before I spend money on contacts or glasses. Some optometrists drag out an appointment for no reason…when Dr Patel gets you to 20/20, he moves on to additional consultation. I know when I make an appointment, that I will be seen on time and be allowed to shop at my own pace for frames or if I decide to get frames elsewhere…that’s fine too. Very happy that I took my neighbors recommendation for Dr Patel’s office…my husband and I have have been going to his office since moving to Frisco almost 2 years ago with excellent results. Highly recommend!
My family and I have been going to Dr. Patel for several years and have been very happy with each and every visit. I appreciate his attention to detail and find that he takes it as a personal challenge to make our vision the absolute best it can be. Dr. Patel and his team are awesome! They provide excellent, FAST customer service. I needed a pair of frames the day of my eye exam and within 45 minutes I walked out with new glasses!
5 stars all around! The front office staff were on top of everything; from squeezing me in with a next-day appointment, to having my insurance already verified upon arrival, the exceeded customer service standards. They were so friendly and helpful in picking out new frames. Dr. Patel then had me in/out within 10 minutes with a new contact script, and proceeded to size my frames AND had them ready to pick up within 2 hours. As a new patient, I still spent less than 30 minutes! I have never had a medical service experience so efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend.
Dr. Patel is awesome, I’ve been a patient of his since 2019. He really cares about his patients and goes above and beyond and to make you happy. I recently had to replace a Lens due to some scratches and he replaced it for me with no hesitation.

Outstanding experience. I went to 4 of their providers and the wait time was 2-4 weeks. I called Today’s Vision, I was in the office within 2 hours, and had new glasses within another hour. EVERYONE was awesome. Dr. Patel was great. Loved the experience and they definitely have my future business.
By far the best Optometrist I have been to in the Frisco area. I have tried other offices closer to home & honestly cannot get the service or the care and there is not another Dr. Patel. Being open on Saturday’s is a huge plus if you have an immediate need. (They are also very quick with appts and also getting your glasses ready.)
Dr. Patel is GREAT! I have never had a more positive or efficient optometry appointment. I don’t think I was there for even an hour and had virtually no wait. I had some concerns about eye health and he listened and addressed it- I felt heard and like I am in good hands when I go back for my best exam. There was a sweet receptionist who helped me find glasses and gave me honest opinions on what looked good (I needed that haha). Also, I got my glasses same day! I was amazed because other places had taken weeks! Now that I’ve been spoiled here, I don’t think I can go anywhere else.

I went to Today's Vision for the first time today. It was a great experience from the time I arrived to the time I left with my new reading glasses. Dr. Patel and his staff were great. Dr. Patel was very thorough in his examination while explaining everything in such a way that it was very easy to understand. The thing that impressed me the most was in being very thorough, he still was able to be very efficient with time, and I was in and out very quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Patel for your vision care.

Dr Patel and his staff are so compassionate and amazing. I have never been pressured into an upsell for additional tests or services..he is efficient and makes sure that I am 100% comfortable with my prescription before I spend money on contacts or glasses. Some optometrists drag out an appointment for no reason…when Dr Patel gets you to 20/20, he moves on to additional consultation. I know when I make an appointment, that I will be seen on time and be allowed to shop at my own pace for frames or if I decide to get frames elsewhere…that’s fine too. Very happy that I took my neighbors recommendation for Dr Patel’s office…my husband and I have have been going to his office since moving to Frisco almost 2 years ago with excellent results. Highly recommend!

The front office staff were on top of everything; from squeezing me in with a next-day appointment, to having my insurance already verified upon arrival, the exceeded customer service standards. They were so friendly and helpful in picking out new frames. Dr. Patel then had me in/out within 10 minutes with a new contact script, and proceeded to size my frames AND had them ready to pick up within 2 hours. As a new patient, I still spent less than 30 minutes! I have never had a medical service experience so efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend.
Dr. Patel is awesome, I’ve been a patient of his since 2019. He really cares about his patients and goes above and beyond and to make you happy. I recently had to replace a Lens due to some scratches and he replaced it for me with no hesitation.

Outstanding experience. I went to 4 of their providers and the wait time was 2-4 weeks. I called Today’s Vision, I was in the office within 2 hours, and had new glasses within another hour. EVERYONE was awesome. Dr. Patel was great. Loved the experience and they definitely have my future business.
By far the best Optometrist I have been to in the Frisco area. I have tried other offices closer to home & honestly cannot get the service or the care and there is not another Dr. Patel. Being open on Saturday’s is a huge plus if you have an immediate need. (They are also very quick with appts and also getting your glasses ready.)
Dr. Patel is GREAT! I have never had a more positive or efficient optometry appointment. I don’t think I was there for even an hour and had virtually no wait. I had some concerns about eye health and he listened and addressed it- I felt heard and like I am in good hands when I go back for my best exam. There was a sweet receptionist who helped me find glasses and gave me honest opinions on what looked good (I needed that haha). Also, I got my glasses same day! I was amazed because other places had taken weeks! Now that I’ve been spoiled here, I don’t think I can go anywhere else.

I went to Today's Vision for the first time today. It was a great experience from the time I arrived to the time I left with my new reading glasses. Dr. Patel and his staff were great. Dr. Patel was very thorough in his examination while explaining everything in such a way that it was very easy to understand. The thing that impressed me the most was in being very thorough, he still was able to be very efficient with time, and I was in and out very quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Patel for your vision care.

Everyone was very friendly, the exam was thorough and Dr. Patel fixed my prescription (which I didn't realize was that bad), and I can see a zillion times better! I also like that they close later on Wednesday evening - I was able to only miss about 20 minutes of work to make my appointment.
Dr. Patel and his staff are great. I have been coming to him for several years now and I will be back again soon. He is very professional and has the latest equipment. They always fit me in for last minute appointments. He had me in and out after I lost my eye glasses and needed my prescription on an old pair.

Dr. Kirt Patel is one who I highly recommend for vision care as an optometrist /optometrist glaucoma Specialist. He takes a very practical and personalized approach in helping you understanding any underlying issues and the most non-invasive plan of action. Not once was I pressured to take any action and the staff doesnt make you feel like a stranger. I came across his practice as I Drove through the parking lot after brunch, and although his covid hours were later. I was able to call the number provided -- got to speak with him directly and even accommodated to me by arriving earlier so I wouldn't have to wait. They have a fantastic collection of designer brands for glasses and found them to be much cheaper than the traditional vision centers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, I love my new frames too!. Mind you also, that I reside 40 minutes away and definitely planning to return for my next follow-up! Thanks Dr. Kirt Patel, and Staff!

I had such a good experience with them, and this was my first time ever going to the eye doctor. Haley and Dr. Patel are amazing! I was in and out so quick. Haley even helped me find a pair of glasses. It took less than 3 hours for my glasses to be ready for pick up too. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place!

I hadn't had my eyes check in about 30+ years and the DMV sent me as I didn't pass their Eye Chart. The facililty was very clean and fresh looking. Very good first impression. The staff was friendly. My family had a great experience with todays vison! They are very committed to customer satisfaction. My daughters love coming to pick out glasses! My youngest daughter has lost and broken her glasses but they actually replaced the frames at no charge because of my customer loyalty. We will continue to come with customer service like that! My son and I scheduled an appointment a week ago for today, Saturday, September 10, 2022, at 1pm. A very needed exam for prescription. The doctor was the one that took my call and scheduled the appointments. My son and I arrived and were told that the doctor was not in and that he had some sort of an operation. I asked why we weren’t called and advised of the situation. Apparently, when I scheduled the appointments the doctor did not write down our information in their appointment book. We wasted time driving there and back home. We were not even asked if we wanted to reschedule for a later day. BAD SERVICE AND NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! DOCTOR, I WISH YOU A SPEEDY RECOVERY!!

Wonderful experience at Today's Vision in Frisco, TX. I was greeted by some amazing people who clearly cared about my eye sight and made me feel welcome right away. The appointment was very thorough, the doctor answered all my questions and the staff provided me with a great pair of frames which are very comfortable. Even more amazing, my lenses were ready for pick up in a few hours. This is not common for Eye Care offices, usually I wait for 3-5 days to get my product. I highly recommend Today's Vision Frisco!
